Welcome to our website, where we offer parking spaces for caravans and motorhomes — a stellplatz called Campercity Carlsbad. Our location is an ideal place for anyone looking for a comfortable and safe spot for their motorhome. Whether you are planning a short stay or a longer period of relaxation, you will find everything you need with us for a pleasant travel experience.
The stellplatz is located close to a petrol station and a grocery store. A variety of leisure activities can be enjoyed in the surrounding area, such as cycling, rafting, and various trips. There is a playground directly on site for children, while adults and young people can use the Meandr sports complex just a few metres away.
We invite you to visit the new, modern stellplatz in the centre of Karlovy Vary — the Camper City Carlsbad parking area for motorhomes. This stellplatz was built in 2024, is completely self-service, and is equipped with all modern technologies and sanitary facilities. Free Wi-Fi is, of course, also available. The Wi-Fi password can be found on the parking ticket. Thanks to signal boosters, the connection is sufficiently strong and stable in all parking spaces.
The site can accommodate 27 motorhomes, and thanks to its strategic location, it allows you not only to explore the city, but also to enjoy a perfect cycling trip with an easy return back to civilisation. Parking spaces measuring 10 m × 6 m and 9 m × 5 m for smaller vehicles will satisfy even the most demanding users.
We paid great attention to the surface of the parking spaces. It is built using a combination of gravel surface and reinforced grass areas, with a carefully designed structure equipped with sorption geotextile to protect against oil leaks. We planned the overall concept thoughtfully, drawing on our own experience of travelling around Europe in a motorhome.
The monitored area, fenced premises, and lighting ensure your safety and peaceful nights. We see safety as a major concern when travelling abroad, which is why we wanted to offer you carefree days and nights at our site.
We recommend that all guests secure their bicycles, ideally by storing them in their own garages. New bike boxes are also available. The code number for collecting the key can be found on your parking ticket.
The site offers a disposal point for chemical toilets and wastewater, included in the parking fee. This means that no additional fee is charged for its use.
Drinking water can also be refilled on site, and its cost is included in the parking fee.
Toilets and showers are available. The use of hot water is limited to 5 minutes. Access is possible by using the QR code at the reader in front of the toilet and shower doors. You must always keep the QR code with you in order to return to the site. Electricity is charged according to the selected tariff. Payments can only be made by payment card at the terminals. Entry is permitted only for motorhomes. The above-mentioned services may only be used with a valid parking ticket containing a QR code.
The Stellplatz is located near a gas station and a grocery store. The surrounding area offers various leisure activities such as cycling, rafting, and a range of excursions. For children, there is a playground directly within the site, and just a few meters away, adults and teenagers can enjoy the Meandr sports complex.

– The premises are monitored by a CCTV system with recording. By entering, customers consent to video recording, which is used for security purposes.
– Payments within the CCC area are cashless only and can be made by credit or debit card.
– Entry is prohibited for all vehicles other than motorhomes.
– Camping with tents is not allowed within the premises.
– Open flames and fire manipulation are strictly prohibited.
– Pets must be kept on a leash at all times—free roaming is not allowed.
– Only guests with a parked motorhome are allowed to enter the area.
– Quiet hours are enforced between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Please be respectful of other guests during this time.
– The playground may only be used under the supervision of an adult.
– Visitors are required to maintain cleanliness and use the recycling bins located outside the CCC area.

Reservations are not possible for any pitches except XXL pitch number 13.
The price for the XXL pitch is CZK 1,400, including electricity.

Reservations for individual spaces are not possible. We only reserve the XXL double space (13 and 13A) at a price of CZK 1,500, including electricity.
This space can also be used — or reserved — for 2 vehicles arriving at the same time, for the same price.
