Our location is the perfect spot for anyone looking for a comfortable and secure place for their motorhome. Whether you’re planning a short stay or a longer break, you’ll find everything you need here for an enjoyable travel experience.
The Stellplatz is located near a gas station and a grocery store. The surrounding area offers various leisure activities such as cycling, rafting, and a range of excursions. For children, there is a playground directly within the site, and just a few meters away, adults and teenagers can enjoy the Meandr sports complex.
We invite you to visit the new, modern Stellplatz in the heart of Karlovy Vary – the Camper City Carlsbad motorhome parking area. Built in 2024, this Stellplatz is fully self-service, equipped with the latest technology and sanitary facilities. Of course, free Wi-Fi is also available.
It accommodates 22 motorhomes and, thanks to its strategic location, offers not only easy access to the city but also the perfect opportunity for a cycling trip with a smooth return to civilization. The spacious parking spots, measuring 10m by 6m, will satisfy even the most demanding travelers.
We paid great attention to the surface of the parking area, which is built using a combination of gravel and reinforced grassy zones, featuring a carefully designed structure equipped with sorption geotextile to protect against oil drips. The overall concept was thoughtfully planned, drawing from our own experiences traveling across Europe in a motorhome.
The monitored and fenced area, complete with lighting, ensures your safety and a peaceful night’s rest. We recognize that security can be a major concern when traveling abroad, which is why we’ve made it our priority to offer you carefree days and nights within our site.
The site includes a disposal station for chemical toilets and wastewater, which is included in the parking fee—meaning no additional charge applies for its use.
You can also refill drinking water on-site, with the cost covered by the parking fee.
Toilets and showers are available, with a limited hot water usage time of 5 minutes. Access is granted via QR code, which is scanned at the readers located by the entrance to the toilet and shower facilities. You must always carry your QR code with you to re-enter the site.
Electricity is charged based on the selected tariff. Payments can only be made by credit or debit card at the on-site terminals. Entry is permitted for motorhomes only. All listed services can only be used with a valid parking ticket that includes a QR code.

– The CCC site is a private parking area designated for motorhomes only.
– The premises are monitored by a CCTV system with recording. By entering, customers consent to video recording, which is used for security purposes.
– Payments within the CCC area are cashless only and can be made by credit or debit card.
– Entry is prohibited for all vehicles other than motorhomes.
– Camping with tents is not allowed within the premises.
– Open flames and fire manipulation are strictly prohibited.
– Pets must be kept on a leash at all times—free roaming is not allowed.
– Only guests with a parked motorhome are allowed to enter the area.
– Quiet hours are enforced between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Please be respectful of other guests during this time.
– The playground may only be used under the supervision of an adult.
– Visitors are required to maintain cleanliness and use the recycling bins located outside the CCC area.
